ATM services are used by clients operating ATMs, cash recyclers, kiosks and self-service cash registers to ensure their secure and continous operation.
We provide complex ATM services — cash forecasting, replenishment of cash in requested denomination, cash processing, cash storage and the folowing transfer of funds to the client's bank account or to the NBS.
In case of problems with ATMs or kiosks, we provide service and maintenance based on the SLA. If the sofwtware or hadware malfunctions need to be fixed by a manufacter or an authorized service center, our staff can provide security oversight during their performance.
To ensure smooth operation of ATMs or kiosks, we take care of their cleaning, maintenance and regular replenishments of consumable supplies.
We provide our clients with complete reporting, including a report on the frequency of our interventions and a financial report on the replenished and deposited cash.
ATM replenishments and related services are provided by five centers — Bratislava, Košice, Žilina, Banská Bystrica and Nitra. All centers are equipped with the latest technologies, including the electronic security system, CCTV system and access control system.
Transportation of cash is carried out in armored vehicles which are tracked in real time by several independent systems and monitored by employees of our Central Monitoring Station. All records, e.g. the status of transportation, location of a vehicle, its speed and other vehicle-related logs are archived for the maximum safety of all parties.
